To edit stock levels of your shop you will need to click ‘Edit product and stock levels’ on the left hand side of your dashboard:
A list of your products will appear, click on the product you would like to edit.
This will then bring you to the product page. Scroll down the product page until you find your product listed under the heading ‘Variants’.
Click on your product’s name and scroll down the page till you reach the section ‘Variant stock’. Click ‘Edit stock’ and simply input the new stock levels in the box next to stock availability.
Once edited, make sure you click ‘Update’ to save any changes you have made.
Once you go back to you product page you will notice the stock levels have been adjusted.
Removing Items from Sale
Removing items from sale follows a similar process to editing stock levels. You will need to go to the product’s page by clicking ‘Edit product and stock levels’ and clicking on the product.
Once on the product page, click ‘Edit’ in the top right corner.
You will need to then click on the product’s ‘status’ and change it from ‘live’ to ‘notforsale’.
Make sure you click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
You can withdraw any product from your product list completely. The product still lives in the back end, hidden but searchable, but is no longer included on your list.
Follow the instructions above but set the product to ‘Withdrawn‘. If you receive an error message, simply delete the time (00:00:00) on the ‘Release date (YYYY-MM-DD)‘ field.
Save your changes.
Do the same for the product variants.
The product is now removed from your product list. You can still search for your product using the search tool but to all intents and purposes, the product is now withdrawn from the store.
